Sarah obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and Master’s Degree in the area of Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia State University. She has gained clinical experience in the Gwinnett County public school system, pediatric private practice, and in acute care settings. Sarah has experience with the following populations: Autism, apraxia, dysphagia, Down Syndrome, Augmentative and Alternative Communication, speech sound disorders, and more. She joined the staff of Building Bridges Therapy in 2022. Sarah has continued to improve her clinical skills by attending courses related to pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders and is trained in the CAN-EAT Approach. Outside of work Sarah enjoys playing sand volleyball with her husband, trying new restaurants, and taking walks with her dog, Walker.
